Experience ① – Nenmatsu-moude: Year-End Shrine Vist
Visit a shrine associated with the Year of the Horse!
Express gratitude for a safe year and prepare to welcome the New Year with a refreshed heart.

Experience ② – Okera Mairi Fire Ritual
Held on New Year’s Eve, Okera Mairi is a sacred purification ritual.
Participants light a special rope (called kichō-nawa) from the shrine’s holy fire and twirl it continuously as they carry it home — a symbolic act to ward off misfortune.
Join locals in this tradition and spin your way into the new year with good luck.

Experience ③ – Ringing the Temple Bell (Joya-no-Kane)
There are several temples where you can participate in the Joya-no-Kane bell-ringing ceremony.
Strike the bell to symbolically cleanse yourself, and welcome the new year with a heartfelt “Akemashite omedetou gozaimasu!”
Our guide will take you to a recommended temple for this powerful experience.

Experience ④ – Hatsumoude: First Shrine Visit of the Year
Start the year with a prayer for health, happiness, and success.
Our guide will escort you to a carefully selected shrine for your Hatsumoude, the first visit of the year.

Checklist

After the reservation is confirmed, the final information will be sent by 7 to 3 days before the departure date.
If you do not receive the final information by 3 days before the reservation date, please be sure to check with our reception.
Reservation hours are from 10:00 to 17:00.
Please note that inquiries received after 17:00 will be processed on the next business day.
Please make the payment within 11 days from the day before the departure date. If the days to departure date is less than 10 days, please pay by 17:00 on the day you reserved. Please note that if payment cannot be confirmed by the above, the reservation will be cancelled.
It will be held in rainy weather but canceled in stormy weather (except cycling tours). The final decision to operate is 3 hours before the departure time.
In the case of a cycling tour, if the tour cannot be operated due to rain or stormy weather, or if a usable bicycle cannot be rented due to insufficient charging or poor maintenance, etc., we may change to an alternative transportation method.
In case of tour cancellation, we will contact you within 3 hours of the departure date, so please register your contact information.
In case of tour cancellation, we will not respond to claims for compensation such as travel expenses to the site.
Children under 2 years old are free. *There are no other services such as seats or meals.
Contents may change due to local circumstances. In that case, we will contact you in advance.
It may be completely canceled due to local circumstances. In that case, you will be eligible for a full refund.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation due to customer’s circumstances, the following charges will be charged regardless of the reason. Any change in the number of people in the reservation will be treated as a cancellation.
